We have a very large yard in the city with extensive landscaping and a dozen trees. It was a significant investment in time and money to establish so when one of the trees died and another showed sign of declined health we were concerned. Instead of turning to the internet for advice and solutions, we decided to engage a professional arborist. We made the right decision. Bartlett responded to our service request promptly and had one of their expert arborists come out and assess the situation at no charge. Simon was friendly and helpful. Simon inspected the whole yard and pointed out where things were doing well and where they were not and explained everything completely in very easy to understand terms. He suggested some immediate solutions for the at risk trees and some long term work to keep things healthy. We were so impressed with Bartlett, Simon, and the work crews that we have decided to retain them for periodic future work. I highly recommend these guys.
