I was impressed with the crew. They were efficient and hard-working. They were clearly experienced and knowledgeable on how to do their job safely. The crew of five people cut down three trees in my back yard in one day, including two large trees around 60-70 feet tall. One of trees was a tricky job, with the stem passing only 6 inches from the roof. One person returned the following day to complete removal of the remaining wood.

The entire experience was great. Scott was friendly and worked with me to confirm the City of Burnaby would allow the cut. He was responsive to my emails and things were sorted out super fast. The crew was friendly efficient and left the site spotless. I appreciated the recommendation by the crew leader about long term savings by potentially cutting our thirty foot hedge in half. We may look into that for next year.

All staff were courteous and helpful. They explained why certain limbs on the tree should be removed and why others should not be cut because of the age of the trees. Thank you for the wonderful job your team did on our trees. Paul the arborist, was so helpful walking us through the city requirements and even contacting them on our behalf regarding a tree that was on city property and needed help. They were out the next week to cut the damaged part out of the tree. The work the team did on the trees was quickly done and the fallers were safety conscious and professional. Best of all, the whole team was sensitive to my feelings. The big tree they took down had a lot of good memories for me and my children. Paul sent me a really kind email note about it and the faller cut a few round sections for me to do a Christmas project for the kids. The removal of the Cherry tree was a significant decision for us and Paul handles everything with real compassion and understanding. The actual removal of the tree was an amazing thing to watch.
