Your staff were always approachable, efficient, and reliable. So all good there. There had been a site visit some time before I commissioned the job, and it was really useful pointing out a way that would make the line of screening trees look more natural and attractive, which I had not have thought of, so good advice. Two gentlemen came to trim/cut/shape our trees at the back. they were polite, pleasant, efficient, approachable, and I felt comfortable that they would do the job exactly as I had hoped. We chatted about them doing a little more extra reduction on three of them, not a problem, and the Cypress trees at the front which were very tall indeed were reduced so carefully that you would not know they had been cut at all. A perfect little curved shape at the top. So all in all, please pass on my thanks to the two men who came to snip and clip my trees. Oh, and thank you too for that tidy up, there was not a leaf left up there, amazing and I was most thankful.
