I had an incident outside a store that Mary the office personnel for the Brewster office was walking towards, she noticed that I was on the ground and bleeding. She took the time to calm me down, help me out and focus on stopping the bleeding as well as touch base with the EMT's and my husband to let them know the issue. Mary also after that day proceeded to email me to ask how I was doing. I have to say that the out pour of concern and help from Mary was much appreciated. This is the reason why we work with Bartlett, because of the people who work for them that care about their customer's no matter what the issue's may be.
