Matt was very helpful explaining what needed to be done. Mary was great, both on the phone and in person. And the crew member who applied the treatments was also very nice.

All good so far. We're just awaiting additional application as they needed to order more chemicals. But so far all is good. Arborist Rep Matt is very good.

Thank you Mary for all your help with helping me with setting up and holding off on treating my Rhodedendron at the cottage. Your patience, understanding, and quick help was very much appreciated.
