Matt provided exceptional service. He is incredibly responsive and was very patient with us as the job took quite a while to book and did change a few times. We do not know the names of the workers that were here on Friday but they were great. So often people send emails regarding dissatisfaction but this is not the case. We had several trees we knew had to be removed. We also had a Rhododendron that needed care. Fraiser Pehmoeller walked the property, surveyed the land, and told us exactly what needed to be done. We would have to remove six Ash trees. The Rhododendron needed to be trimmed as did the Beach Tree. He was professional, patient, and explained everything. There was one particular Ash on the side of the house, near the generator, and next to the propane tank that really concerned him. He stated that tree might be an issue. He said he wanted to have the local safety coordinator come out and take a look to determine the best way to take the tree down. He wanted to make sure the tree came down safe and he wanted to make sure his people were safe. He stated the work would most likely be done in November. Less than twenty-four hours later the local safety coordinator came and surveyed the property and Frazer provided us with a proposal. On 10/11/19, work was started. We were not home when the work was started, but we could tell they had been there. The driveway had been blown of all leaves, the major problem Ash was down and the property was pristine. The next day, when we were home, they arrived on time. They prepped the areas, took the trees down, cut the trees to firewood length, and cleaned the areas of tree removal as the professionals they are. I got the feeling that Fraiser not only worried about his people, the tree, but also our property. The workers were efficient, professional, and conscientious of all the trees, plants, and surroundings. We were amazed at their skill taking two trees down at the top of our drive because of surrounding power lines. We are pleased with the work especially the time frame-considering the Nor’Easter, professional service, precision of the crew, and outcome.
