Your team came out Saturday to remove dead trees and trim some other trees. We want to let you know how pleased we were with what they did. The appointment was early and we were concerned about them creating noise in the neighborhood that early. Before we had a chance to explain our concerns the foreman was telling us his plan for completing the work and that they would be holding off on chipping until around 9 AM so not to disturb any neighbors. They did a beautiful job of trimming and removing the trees and were very aware of safety and the overhead wires. We asked them to take one more limb off one of the trees flagged for trimming and they took care of it quickly. The clean up was done better than we would have done it. We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the job they did and the quality they showed in completing the task.
