When the crew first arrived I walked around the yard with the foreman, I believe his name was Victor, and he was immediately aware of everything that needed to be accomplished per the work order. He also remembered being up in several of our trees from a previous job. It is nice to know some of Bartlett employees have been with the company over a period of years. This says to us they are happy in their work as well as that they are treated fairly.

My wife is very particular about our windows, especially the ones closet to spray range. The Bartlett staff have been very cooperative in keeping the treatment away from these windows. Also, the tree we have in the front was gorgeous this year due to the fact that the scab was treated by Bartlett.

Mike was the staff member that treated my trees. Not only was he pleasant to deal with, he provided a great deal of guidance on the care of my trees and tips on dealing with the grass issues caused by tree shade. I hope that he is back for the next treatment. I told Mike how happy I was with the tree treatment, specifically of the large front evergreen. We previously dealt with Davey for many years and watched that tree loose more needle coverage every year. Some of the loss cannot be regained, but the tree responded immediately to the Bartlett plan. The tree now is producing more needles and is beautiful. A lot of the inner loss is no longer very visible because of the new growth. I know that Bartlett handles work for the Morton Arboretum, and now I know why. Thank you so much.

The crew led by Daniel Diaz was great to work with. Daniel was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. he explained what they were doing and why. I like that. They actually finished in the dark, that made cleanup a little harder. But they did fine. After the fact, when I looked at the Black Walnut in the daylight, I wished they would have gotten a little more aggressive trimming it. That would be the only comment.
