Bob, was professional, friendly, and made sure he was present when the work was begun. He took the time to be sure that the crew understood our goals and concerns and returned later in the day to ensure the work was on track. The crew was also professional, communicative, and courteous. They took time to explain their process as well as listen to our concerns, as they prepared for some heavy pruning of large tree limbs. They did an excellent job and the result was beautifully shaped trees and a carefully cleaned lawn. We highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts. We have used their services several times over the past eight years to help us maintain our large leafy trees and older evergreens as well to help shape our newer trees. They are professional, knowledgeable, and their quotes are competitive.

All was good. I had some questions about how some of the work was done and the head of the crew discussed my concerns, explained very clearly about why the work was done that way, and satisfied all my concerns. They came back to remove one additional limb I had concerns about. I understood why they did not remove it in the first place but he listened to my concerns and helped make the decision. Very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. You can tell by the results that you really know what you are doing.

Tom and staff have been sooo nice. Our trees had not had professional care for over 30 thirty years. The crew was here for one and a half days. Went out to see what was happening several times. They laughed when I said they were my entertainment. Asked them questions about how they decided which branch to remove and they quickly told me the why. Other then the cuts on the trees, we would never had known they were here. Not a branch, twig, or leaf was left on the ground.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Bartlett Tree Service. Tom Tyler inspected our property and prepared a proposal for everything we needed - even though we couldn't do all the services at once - we now have a checkoff list to help beautify our property. Cathy in the office was incredibly warm and helpful. She even called us back after the service to see how things went. It's hard to find that kind of service anymore. The crew that came to our house were so nice and courteous. The were also very helpful when we had some questions. We know we need other services this spring and will definitely be calling Bartlett Tree Service for other services.
