Bartlett scheduler, Christi, responded very quickly to get us an appointment with an arborist. Several follow ups ensured things remained on schedule. The arborist, Tony Villanueva took a much appreciated conservative approach in assessing which trees either had or were vulnerable for Oak Wilt. Quickly sent an estimate of the cost. Nice fellow. Very professional. The technician, Jack, was timely and got the identified trees treated to halt the Oak Wilt. Despite the brutal heat, he completed the job very efficiently.
