Absolutely can not say enough good about you all. We had a tornado touch down in our area and left extensive damage to our home, trees, and yard. From our first call to Bartlett everything was handled so professionally. Speaking with Wendy in the office, she displayed compassion and understanding and quickly referred us to the arborist. Paul came the same day to assess damages and make recommendations. Bartlett had a crew at our home over two days. The first day they carefully removed the tree off our house to avoid further damage. Everyone was professional, polite, and compassionate to the devastation to our home. I would recommend Bartlett’to everyone.

After I had six other Tree Service companies come out and give me an estimate I knew the moment Paul, the Arborist from Bartlett, showed up I was dealing with the right one. I explained what I needed done and Paul went into detail about what they were going to do and how they were going to do it and when they were going to do it and how much it was going to cost me. Also he told me more about Live Oaks than I ever knew. The tree crew showed up ten minutes early which to me being Military Retired is On Time. They were on site three and a half hours and I never saw anyone just standing around unlike other companies I have seen in my neighborhood doing work. My yard was cleaner than before they started when they left Bartlett was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Glad I picked them. Great experience.
