Todd is responsive, courteous, and profesional. He has a vested interest in the health and appearance of our property. He represents Bartlett as indicated by his service and caring. I do not recall the name of the individual who took care of righting our trees but he was pleasant, professional, and indicated what needed to be done regarding the supports for the trees. He also indicated issue with possible disease affecting the trees and said he would communicate with Todd.

In the past, we had issues with with our knockout roses, and Bartlett took the extra steps to analyze the buds and soil, came up with a solution, and the roses are now in full bloom, thanks to the efforts of Bartlett and your lab in North Carolina, which is certainly an added benefit that your competitors may not offer. At your last visit, Todd noticed that one of our Zelkova Trees looked different from the other and determined that a root was strangling the tree, this has now been taken of.
