Arborist Chris Stephan was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He answered all my questions, made suggestions, and formulated a good plan to address the problems of our Viburnum Hedge. Chase was also very professional. He and his coworker did a great job trimming our large 175 foot hedge and he also did a soil treatment.

A Bartlett arborist spent over an hour with us to assess the health of the numerous trees on our property. Soon after he provided a detailed estimate of the work we most needed to have done. We have used other tree companies in the past but they were unable to get the tops of our very tall trees. The Bartlett crew brought a motorized lift bucket that could get to the top of some trees. Their members included several young men who used ropes and safety equipment to thin the tree canopy. Our trees have been thinned and shaped and now look quite lovely!
