I needed to have a large tree shaped. It was only a few days after my call to Bartlett that John came to my home at the exact time of the appointment. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and answered all my questions, a true professional. A quote was provided, shortly thereafter, a date was scheduled. The crew arrived on the date and time scheduled. Again, I found the crew to be knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and happy to answer any and all of my questions. When they left, you could not tell they had even been their, they cleaned up everything. Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not mention the administrative staff in the office. I spoke with Pat on a few occasions. She was the ultimate professional, pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Just a delight to deal with.
