As a Baltimore City homeowner, It is difficult to secure services such as tree removal, from non city businesses. I was happy that Bartlett not only came to my city house, for an inspection, but also did the work when they said they would, and none of my neighbors were inconvenienced by the work being done. This is the second large tree they have removed for me.

The service was great from start to finish. The process was explained clearly in advance of the date of service and several options were shared along with explanations behind each option. Costs were laid out in an understandable way. We appreciated the notifications left on neighborhood trees in advance of the service date, alerting neighbors that parking would be limited. The day of the service the team arrived as promised and moved through the work at hand methodically and with care for both the work and our neighbors. The final product looks great and we were so happy to have it done when the wind kicked up several days after the project's completion. Chad and the entire team that booked our job, did the tree work and offered administrative support were wonderful. It was a great experience overall.

Everyone on your staff is just terrific, from Chad, who has actually met with our neighbors to allay their fears about older, large trees on our street thus saving at least one 100 year old Birch. and Scott who always lets me know when he is coming to spray, to Morgan, I think the other trimming fellow is and Casey. I always say to my husband, I really do not know where Bartlett finds all of these great people. They are all professional, kind, amazingly courteous, knowledgeable, and all just do their job very well. It is quite commendable, and almost surprising in this day and age, when it can be hard to find good employees. I guess maybe Bartlett has already found them all.
