Mitch Oswald has been terrific, dealing with unexpected tree damage we experienced with the local gas company doing work on our property to upgrade gas lines to homes. He was on time, courteous, and explained options very clearly. He was also very efficient and on time in e-mail communication. We have used Bartlett for numerous jobs the last twenty years. Everything from a neighbor's tree suddenly falling on our house to having to take down two large, sick trees done in an extremely well organized and safe way. We would not think of contacting anyone else because they do the job right the first time.
