This extensive pruning job was just perfect. Sabatino made a huge effort beforehand to make sure that he understood exactly what I wanted (guided by his expertise, and he explained it to the crew completely and carefully. The crew members, Jeff, Elliott, and Dan did everything just as I requested, bringing to bear their own knowledge about the trees and shrubs. Jeff checked in with me whenever there was a question. Everybody was friendly, open, and responsive to any questions, comments, or requests I had. It was hard to believe that all this was done on a very cold day, during which it was snowing much of the time. The job took more than eight hours, but the crew maintained their incredibly high standards and good cheer.

Adam, who performed our latest job, was very careful to minimize damage from the stump grinder and incredibly gracious and efficient about moving a shrub to be transplanted until it was exactly where I wanted it. The site was left nice and clean.
