Matt Tobola was very informative, explained the problems, and how to correct the damage to our very large Oak trees. He used an x-ray machine to show the actual damage inside of the trees. Very professional. We were very impressed with the professional approach to a huge problem we have with our two large Oak trees. I would recommend Bartlett Tree Company to everyone.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing, it was excellent. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent from the customer service people, arborist, technician, and the men who removed one of our trees. We contacted them because we had two trees that looked very stressed and our neighbors recommended Bartlett. Fortunately Matthew, the arborist said they could be saved and treating them could give them a boost to help them along. As he was leaving I showed him our Palm Tree that had previous frost damage. When he touched it, the whole tree wiggled. We knew it had been struggling but we were not aware it had become so unstable and was in danger of falling. The gentlemen who removed the tree did it so quickly with no mess left behind. They were wonderful. It looks as though there was never a tree there. The technician who treated our other trees answered all of my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We were very impressed with everyone from Bartlett and will recommend them as well as using their services again to take care of our trees.

On 10/18/2021 the crew was to clear our old fence line for new five foot fence to be put in by Georgetown Fence. Do to a broken middle toe I was not as able as usual to be out looking around.. So I trusted the crew which I have had other times. They disappointed me by leaving two problems found by the fence installer. First a large Cedar branch which was close to the house's electric supply. Requiring immediate removal I called a tree company who had left their card. Nice young man arrived later that afternoon and removed. The second a small Oak tree located on the back north corner of the fence was discovered the next day. My husband was able to use his chain saw to remove but had no way to dispose of.
