Our contact person was very responsive to our inquiry about saving a large Silver Maple. He was patient during his visit, answered all of our questions, and displayed years of knowledge on what could be done short of tree removal. The decision to save the tree by cabling major limbs was cost effective and achieved exactly what we had hoped for. Having made the decision to proceed with the one tree of concern, we decided to do the same for all three of our Silver Maples. The work was done quickly and professionally. The property was left in the same condition as it was before the job commenced. Unlike some other tree companies we have used in the past several years, there was no cleanup left for us to do, no indentations in the lawn that we needed to fix, and no neighborhood complaints. We are pleased with the work, the cables are almost invisible from the ground. So we and our neighbors are happy.
