Everyone at Bartlett who we have encountered has been friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. When Ben and Bob come to the house to check on things, they always fully explain why they suggest we have certain treatments or do something to the grass, trees, or shrubs. The same is true with all the crews who come here as well. Whether it is a small crew doing tree trimming or an individual doing a lawn, tree, or shrub treatment, they always take time to answer any questions we have. We have been Bartlett customers for at least fifteen years, and they are terrific.
