Dan Cardenas and Austin were very polite and courteous. The explained what they were doing and why. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in completing a soil care analysis and determining a get-well plan for our Bradford Pear, Tulip, and Maple trees. As a result, the Bradford Pear is doing well and the Maple is being to sprout and our Tulip tree is happy. I was very impressed with Bartlett's overall service approach and staff.
