One of the split trunks of one of our old Locust trees broke in a storm, but did not completely detach from the tree. Some of it fell onto the BGE wiring to our house. Since we have dealt with Bartlett inn the past. I immediately called Bartlett, and you sent Josh Bohannan to assess the situation. He was very helpful, answering all may questions while explaining his recommendations and my choices in getting the damaged trunk removed. I really respect his advice and so I followed it and I am pleased with the results. Trees are so important to combating Climate Change that I cherish them and am glad that I could save a substantial part of that Locust tree. Since I have hired your very considerate crew to take the dead wood out of the canopy of that tree and another Locust next to it. They did a great job.
