What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? I can not think of anything. I was very impressed with Jonathan Cowherd and his knowledge. The two interactions on the phone with Bartlett representatives was very good. They were knowledgeable and gave me the information I asked for. I wish I had contacted Bartlett three or four years ago.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? So far my interaction has been with the individual who took soil samples. That interaction was excellent. The interaction with Jonathan was very informative. I wish I had contacted Bartlett a few years earlier because my shrubbery would be in better condition today and I would have saved money by not having to replace some of my shrubbery.

I am always impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, and competence of all the Bartlett staff I work with through a national company, my experience is one of dealing with a local, capable crew. Jonathan Cowherd is always so friendly and helpful as an arborist, he knows his trees, he identified a couple of baby Elms that will need to go. He understands the lifecycles of trees and offers expert advice. This visit was for an estimate for upcoming winter work. It is always a pleasure meeting with him. I totally rely on Bartlett and feel comfortable knowing they are trained arborists, not folks who just hack away at trees and bushes with no thought to the consequences.

With a sick Red Oak, a Cherry shading my neighbors roof, a Black Jack scraping our roof, and three dead bushes, we were in dire need of some work. We requested quotes from several companies and Bartlett immediately responded and was the first in getting us a quote and providing a certified arborist to tend to the sickened oak. The work was scheduled and completed less than two weeks after estimate. This also included treatment to the trunk of the Red Oak. Workers were uniformed, professional, and wore all the proper personal protection equipment. Crew was large enough to have safety paramount. Very pleased with the outcome. Planning to have the arborist making annual check-ups for the Oak.
