We needed emergency service after a wind gust snapped a tall Virginia pine in our backyard. Called Denise at Bartlett, who was very personable and quick in contacting their arborist, Geoff. He was at the front door in thirty minutes. He evaluated the situation, gave a quote, and the crew was there fifteen minutes later. The team was efficient and well managed, and even blew pine needles off our trampoline during cleanup. They offered a free consultation the next day to evaluate the rest of our trees. I would definitely recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. The best tree service that we have ever had.
