What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing. Bartlett's tree trimming team worked well together and you can tell they are properly trained. Jeff, spent a lot of time with us explaining the tree and the trimming process. We appreciate his knowledge. We will use Bartlett again.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing comes to mind that would enable me to give feedback to this question. The field supervisor and the team sent to perform the work were very professional and polite. The work was done efficiently yet I could observe that safety was the first priority. This experience gives me full confidence with the staff at Bartlett Tree Experts which is appropriately named I may add. The final cut on the stump may be what impressed me the most, that was quite a display of talent. I have dealt with numerous tree contractors in the past and none gave me insight on the health of the trees or how to preserve the health of the trees. I have told friends and neighbors about my experience with Bartlett and why I chose and will continue to choose Bartlett. I do regret that I did not make the call to Bartlett to provide for maintenance and care of my trees thirty years ago. I would most likely still have all of my trees.

No improvements I can imagine. Always experience considerate, careful, highly capable staff. Good communicators, ready to offer information clearly enjoy the work, love the trees, positive about the company. I greatly appreciate seeing women and diverse staff thriving at Bartlett. Recent crew member fertilizing our trees volunteered that they looked in good condition. His spontaneous, positive comment was uplifting, and encouraging in contrast to the the negativity so frequently on display in today’s world. Learned of Bartlett through a friend with very high standards for tree care and I routinely recommend to family members and neighbors who, in turn, appreciate your expertise. It is costly to care for our trees. I am grateful we can do this. I appreciate that our arborist representative has understood it can be a financial stretch. In the past in a constructive, respectful, supportive way, figured out which recommendations were most important and which could be postponed. Occasional interactions with administrative staff have always been helpful and positive.

Clearly a group of dedicated stewards of our lands and trees. I learned something every time I talked to one of them. On the first day they were here they cleaned up the large front lawn well, but piled much debris at the edge of a small forested area further away. When I saw that, I asked them to take the visible debris and cut some of the lumber in that area so I could move it later. They did.
