All Bartlett personnel who came to my home were great. They were pleasant, informative, and patient with me. I was able to watch them work and I am highly pleased with their professionalism as well as their knowledge and experience for tree removal without damage to either my property or my neighbors. Another member of their team came out to spray chemicals on the tree to help keep the harmful insects, to my tree, at bay. I have a Maple and an Oak tree remaining on my property. I am hoping for many years of support from Bartlett regarding the health and upkeep of both trees.

Friendly staff and crew. I have a Rottweiler who was outside with me and they were accepting of him. They got rid of all the tree branches and was willing to leave the debris that was in their truck. Excellent service and knowledgeable crew. Helpful in explaining things and answering my questions.

I am very satisfied with all the Bartlett staff I interacted with. I was very impressed with the work crew that removed a very large tree with complete precision even when working around obstacles and other trees without any damage to them. Geoff was my Arborist and he was extremely knowledgeable and suggested additional treatments and fertilization for our remaining trees. The work was performed flawlessly and finished ahead of schedule. I wont hesitate to call again.
