What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing. They exceeded expectations. All where very professional and easy to work with. The crew was very friendly and I was very impressed with the care they took in removing items in our yard and on our deck that could potentially be damaged. Things I did not even think about. After completing the job, they put everything right back where they found it. They also left our yard and driveway looking cleaner than before they did the work. Ryan was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and conducted the initial evaluation in a professional manner. He was on sight before the crew began the job and followed up later in the day to review the work. In addition, we had an upcoming landscape project and the tree work needed to be done before the landscaping was to commence. Ryan scheduled our job in a timely manner so that it would not interfere with the upcoming landscape project. We were very happy with the timeliness of the work done by Bartlett Tree Experts. The crew was courteous, efficient, and performed the work per the specifications.
