Although I had other comparable estimates, I choose Bartlett because of Wesley Des Roches, the arborist representative. He came when scheduled, was personable and informative. He took the time to explain what the crew would be doing and why and then was at my home early on the scheduled day to talk with them. The crew also worked hard, cleaned up beautifully, and finished in a timely manner. The trees were trimmed professionally and I feel safer with the thinning of he branches and with less weight on them.

The crew were very respectful of my property. I forgot to move some empty planters so one of them did it and put them back in the correct order. They also informed me when they would be done. My other neighbor was so impressed he told his parents about the service, while the neighbor immediately next to me used your services and seems happy. Wes is truly dedicated to his work and cares. There is a wonderful consistency with the excellent service I have received through the years. Nicki is always pleasant with answering the phone and taking my payment. I can only commend Bartlett for having such an outstanding crew leader as Ryan Lee. He has been the lead with pruning my tree for the last several years and is always courteous not only to me, but to the other members of the crew. He has a wonderful eye for exactly what needs to be pruned to maintain the tree's beauty and integrity. It always amazes me how the crew can do the pruning without damaging any of the plants under the tree and my yard is always spotless when the job is finished. I look forward to working with everyone again next year.

Fabulous service, from Wesley, who came to bid on the job, to the office personnel, to the workmen. Wonderful, friendly, cordial and conscientious service. Had three big trees trimmed today. Workmen were punctual, pleasant, and cleaned up all the mess created by the pruning. They were here about five hours for this big job. While they were here Wesley stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. I have used other tree companies over the past ten years. This one beats them all in terms of responsiveness, plus the job they did was great. Got the name of this company from a friend, and have now recommended this company to another friend who will be utilizing their service this next month.

The crew who pruned the trees, while I did not really talk to them, demonstrated safe handling of equipment, both on the ladder and in the trees. They did very nice work on the tedious pruning and left the garden tidy where they had been working. The person that applied the first fertilizer application was very nice also. Had I not returned home during his application, I am sure I would not have known he had been here other than for the door tag and the odor that I smelled when I went outside to check the trees. He was tidy and non-intrusive.

Winds in Concord this past Sunday took a toll on my Modesto Ash. The main trunk and four of the large main branches were split and cracked hanging over my house. Every tree service was busy but Bartlett responded fast and I had a representative, Wesley, at my door by eleven. The tree could not be saved and they scheduled to return Monday morning at eight. They were here early and getting started. Although they have to return to finish the main trunk, they resolved the safety and hazard of the tree so at least it is safe to walk around it. They cleaned up as if they were not even here. They did a great job on the control dropping of the major limbs, I watched and was amazed. My business is going out to them from now on. They have the right equipment, they are fast, friendly, and very professional. That is what customers really want these days. Hats off to Wesley and the crew.
