Ryan and Eli are so knowledgeable and professional we have come to totally depend on them for help with any of our trees. We have some very old Dogwoods (100 yrs+) that they are helping to keep going a while longer. They totally saved a large Crepe Myrtle we thought would have to be removed because it was looking so poorly. The crew removed storm damage in less than an hour leaving the trees looking almost better than before it. They all are so helpful, know what they are doing, and polite. We are so happy to have them to help us.

Ryan came and listened to my issues and made quick and conservative decisions about my trees. We also discussed a multi year phased plan for cutting back and maintaining the perimeter around my house. Ryan Cuccia is very friendly and knowledgeable and has been very helpful in trying to help us keep our very old, very large Silver Maple alive for as long as possible. The other 6-7 Bartlett employees I have dealt with in the last 2-3 years have been courteous, knowledgeable. and articulate as well. While fully capable of doing an efficient whack and stack job, this does not seem to be Bartlett's approach, which sets them apart from a lot of their competitors. Ryan really seems to have primary goal of doing the least amount of damage in order to preserve and improve the health and longevity of my trees. I guess that is the difference between a true Arborist and some guy with a chain saw. Glad we started dealing with them, and our Maple looks great too.
