What Our Customers Are Saying About Rourk Traynor
My family is grateful for the fine work your team did on our four trees. Five days after you did the tree work we had one of the worst wind and rain storms in recent memory. Many of our neighbors and friends suffered damage to cars and structures. Our trees had a few small twigs come down and did not cause any damage to anything. The great work and taking responsibility for an error are two of the reasons my family has been a Bartlett customer for over thirty five years.
Ian Mac L., Bedford, NY
Rourk is absolutely exceptional. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Rourk has been a tremendous help. I could not be more grateful.
Monte L., Katonah, NY
Rourk was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and my property so I could not have had a better person on site to inspect, analyze, and make recommendations. He provided an excellent plan that schedules the work required in smart phases. Priority one work has been completed perfectly. The crew working on my property was excellent, courteous, and helpful. I hope they come back for phase two later this year.
