Ron Kowalski was extremely knowledgeable about the infestation of my Holly tree. He explained everything clearly to me and showed me the insects with his magnifier. He explained the treatments that would be necessary to stop the infestation. He returned when I became very concerned about the tree losing so many of its leaves. He has given the tree one treatment and I am already seeing an improvement. He will treat the tree again in August. He is definitely an expert in his field and also a very nice person. The three guys who worked on my trees did a most wonderful and professional job. Large limbs were tied-off and lowered to the guy on the ground and smaller twigs were carefully dropped away from the plantings below. No plantings were injured. This was a problem with a previous tree company who we no longer use. Ronnie got the guys started off indicating where the work was to be done and he tied a blue ribbon around the trees requiring work. The guys were very pleasant and easy to talk with. The clean up was terrific, no trash was left behind. I will use Bartlett again and will recommend them to family members and neighbors.

Used Bartlett for eighty Blue Spruce trees on our HOA common ground. Ronnie was professional from start to finish. Had contact with another crew member that sprayed a half dozen trees on my personal property and he could not have been nicer. Had some bunnies in the yard and a nesting bird I was worried about. He managed to spray the trees without getting spray where it would harm the animals. He waited while I covered areas with tarps to keep spray from the grass where bunnies may eat.

Our development has between 75 and 80 giant Blue Spruce Trees that have the beginnings of bag worms. We contacted several tree service companies and spoke with arborists from the companies. We found Bartlett's, Ronnie Kowalski, to be the most straight forward and knowledgeable. Ronnie explained the various issues our trees were having and the appropriate course of action. Your prices were in line with other companies, but we felt the products and course of action provided by Ronnie on behalf of Bartlett was the best plan. Basically it came down to feeling the most comfortable with Bartlett. We have recently had the trees fertilized and will have bag worm treatment later in the summer.
