He is professional, gives us a fair price, the final price is the same as the estimate, and he checks up to make sure the work has been done to our complete satisfaction. I like that he is very accommodating regarding the type of project we want to do ranging from full cut down with branch chipping and wood removal, to cut to four foot lengths and leave everything on property for customer to finish, where the Bartlett crew does all the hard and potentially dangerous work, and then we save money by doing the clean up work ourselves.
