Phil began his journey in tree care at Sir Sandford Fleming College where he graduated from the Forestry and Arboriculture program. He started his career with Bartlett Tree Experts in 2004 as an Arborist Climber, refining his knowledge of proper pruning and tree management practices. In 2006, Phil became the office's Plant Health Care Specialist, where he inspected and treated plant pests and diseases. His extensive training at the Bartlett Tree Research Laboratory has given Phil a unique insight to the diagnostics and treatments necessary for comprehensive plant health care. Phil is now Bartlett's Arborist Representative for the Bracebridge area. In addition to his degree from Sir Sandford Fleming Collee, Phil is also a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture. Phil has a passion for the outdoors and greatly enjoys meeting with clients to spread his knowledge of scientific tree care.
