Everything was perfect, including the timely manner from getting the estimate to the actual booking, even sooner than I expected. My first contact with Bartlett of course, was your Receptionist, who was cheery, courteous, and helpful. Nathan came by two days later to see what needed to be done and was quick to respond that afternoon with an estimate. Evan and Sam were the crew members and worked seamlessly doing an excellent job on the cedar overgrowth at the back of my hedge. They were most courteous and efficient, and the job site was left absolutely clean, apart from the nice even hedge, with no more overgrowth sticking up, you would never know they had been there. Right from the estimate to the final stump grinding, Every member of the Bartlett team was professional, punctual, courteous, and efficient. I got three estimates. Although they were all in the same ball park, the Bartlett estimator, Nathan, was super professional and the price seemed very fair. When the crew came they did a fabulous job. I have had a lot of work done on trees in my yard over the last twenty five years and nobody left my yard looking better than before, except the Bartlett team. The stump grinder came today, took the stumps right down to a foot deep or more, and finished the job by leveling the soil and bark mulch. I was so impressed with how he cleaned everything up. Other companies have always left me a clean up job. I will definitely get Bartlett in future. I highly recommend them.
