More about Michael Davie
Michael was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where he began his tree care industry career in 1986. He became a Certified Arborist in 1993 before moving to the mountains of North Carolina to work in Resource Management at Great Smoky Mountains National Park. He re-entered the arboriculture industry in the Asheville, NC area, where he worked for many years, eventually becoming a Board-Certified Master Arborist in 2006. Michael’s career with Bartlett Tree Experts brought him back to his hometown in 2017 to open the office in Nashville.
With decades of experience, Michael has worked on all kinds of properties, working in almost every aspect of tree care. From climbing his favorite oak across the street as a child, to his professional life, to his work with the Eastern Native Tree Society documenting superlative trees and forests in his spare time, trees are important to Michael; he loves helping people take care of theirs.
Michael and his wife, Becca, a ceramic artist, have been married since 1993. They enjoy their dog and cats, gardening, and the beauty of the outdoors.
