Mike has always had a love for the outdoors. His interest in trees attracted him to pursue a Forest Technology degree at Penn State, Mont Alto. While there, he was on the Woodsman Team and enjoyed hiking around the surrounding state forest. After graduating in 2014, Mike joined Bartlett Tree Experts and spent eight years on Nantucket Island, MA before relocating to Mount Desert Island in 2022. He held positions as Plant Health Care Specialist and Local Office Safety Coordinator prior to becoming an Arborist Representative. Whether he’s educating, training, or learning, Mike really enjoys working with others.
A Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and a Maine Licensed Arborist, Mike is dedicated to helping people make educated decisions for the health, safety and beauty of their trees and shrubs.
He resides on Mount Desert Island with his fiancée and daughter, and regularly enjoys hiking Acadia on the weekends.
