On March 8, 2017 I called Bartlett and informed Liana Dixon that the wind blew over a 40 foot tree which was laying on top of my house. I explained I needed to remove the tree ASAP and repair the roof before the next storm. She and Matthew Murphy, Bartlett's professional representative and arborist, performed brilliant on-the-spot orchestration of Bartlett resources and had team and cherry picker at house within 30 minutes! The three man team: Cecil VanHouten, Travis Howland and Chad Stirling performed the task of removing the tree with the utmost professional precision! Their performance of integrated synergy was a marvel to watch. I'm sure Barlett will receive several new customers from their demonstration that day. Immediately after Bartlett team cleaned up and departed, my contractor arrived and had ample time to temporarily repair the roof for the next storm. Kudos to Bartlett and its entire team from the initial telephone call to the Bartlett truck departing the neighborhood.
