We saw three techs who came on two visits. Mike and Melky trimmed two trees and did exactly what we wanted. They explained what they were doing along the way, They accommodated our request to leave some wood for use in our fireplace. The cleanup was especially first rate, not just for our property but for anything that fell on our neighbors. Victor came three days later to administer the systemic treatment. What I especially liked was we had to leave before he was done; he rolled up the hose, he needed some water, and left it neatly inside the garage.
