Tree was located between house and garage near an ornamental tree that had to be protected. Crane was used and struts had to be placed very carefully near garage and another mature tree while avoiding damage to surrounding shrubs. Placement was accomplished with perfection, mere inches from plantings and a garden statue. Well done. Removal of tree and stump done - no complaints.

No issues, just waiting until spring to appreciate the results of the trimming. Our arborist was courteous. I did a walk around with the team leader who listened and answered questions. The team was knowledgeable of what the arborist’s report indicated. All went well as it was my first experience with trimming in the winter. They finished just as the snow started.
