More about Joshua Bohannon

Joshua grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and when he moved to Maryland in 2005, he fell in love with the eastern forests. In 2010, he joined Bartlett Tree Experts in Annapolis. He developed his arboricultural skill and knowledge working in the field, competing in the International Tree Climbing Championship, as well as studying and attending industry training. Joshua advanced steadily, holding positions as Arborist Climber, Crew Leader and Plant Health Care Specialist prior to Arborist Representative. Additionally, for nine years, Joshua was the Local Office Safety Coordinator overseeing all aspects of safety for the Annapolis office. Under his leadership, the office won two company safety awards.

An ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Joshua is also a Maryland Licensed Tree Expert with the Department of Natural Resources. He has an advanced scientific knowledge of the woody plants in our area and enjoys sharing his expertise with clients to help them make educated decisions about caring for their properties.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys woodworking, chess, foraging, and spending time with his wife and family.
