Jonathan Heaton

Jon began his career in forestry with the U.S. Forest Service fighting wildfires in Utah. After moving to Washington D.C., he began working for Bartlett Tree Experts as a climber and plant health care technician. Jon gained a wide variety of experience caring for plants on properties ranging from small city gardens to the University of Maryland and 400 acre private estates. Jon also served as the office safety coordinator. He helped the office improve its safety program and his colleagues return home safely each day. In 2011, Jon joined the Twin Cities office to serve as the arborist for our clients in the East metro region. Jon lives with his wife and daughter near Lake Phalen in St. Paul. His emphasis in arboriculture is to take a comprehensive and proactive approach to plant health, and to provide his clients with the information and services they need to keep their trees and shrubs healthy, safe, and beautiful.
