Joanne has been working in various office roles since leaving school at the age of 16. Starting as a youth training student with an investment company in Bristol, and then on to a computer company as a Sales Administrator. Joanne has also worked for a voluntary organisation as an administrator, and the Chamber of Commerce. After being made redundant from her last role from the Chamber of Commerce, Joanne applied to work at Bartlett's and has been with the company since July 2011.
