Filipe started his arboriculture career in Brazil as a forestry engineer. After moving to the U.S. in 2016, he held positions as Plant Health Care Specialist and Tree Service Crew Leader prior to joining Bartlett Tree Experts in 2021 as an Arborist Representative.

A member of the Western Chapter of International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Filipe is also Tree Risk Assessment Certified. He is passionate about nature, knowledgeable about California native plants and provides customized care for Bay Area property owners. He is dedicated to helping his clients make educated, informed decisions about the care of their trees and shrubs.

In his free time, Filipe enjoys hiking, surfing, and volleyball.
