I do not think there was anything else they could have added to the experience. They shaped the trees as requested and left the area super clean after five hours of effort. Everything Bartlett stated they would do with the tree reduction, and shaping was achieved. Very good tree service company. They have all the necessary equipment and the right amount of people to get the job done.

Both Filipe and Nick were on-time for their appointments, which is a rarity these days and much appreciated. Filipe did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done with our Cypress and was very proactive in keeping in touch with us once the test results on the samples he collected were returned. He also proactively set up a time for our trees to be treated based upon our available schedule. Nick was very efficient and helpful in explaining what he was doing when he came out to spray our trees.

When the Bartlett crew arrived to do the work, I was a bit disappointed that Filipe was not among them. However, the lead crew member was just as friendly, energetic, and personable providing great customer service, safety, professionalism, and peace of mind. I would welcome any of them back again. The next time I need help with trees on the property.
