Darren found his passion for trees at a young age and planned out a career path with lofty dreams while still in grade school. Following the dream, Darren graduated with a two-year Horticultural Diploma through Kwantlen University College in 1996. Shortly after, Darren started working with a local tree company gaining the necessary experience within the field of Arboriculture. In 2006, Darren joined the Bartlett Team. With the opportunities that Bartlett offers, Darren successfully passed the Master Arborist exam and became Board Certified in 2009. However, the training and passion could not stop there; Darren is active in the I.S.A and is a Certified Tree Climber Specialist, Certified Tree Care Professional, Certified Tree Risk Assessor and a Certified Wildlife/Danger Tree Assessor. Now Local Manager of the Burnaby office, Darren takes great pride in helping others develop their skills sets as the leading Arborists within the industry.
