The crew clearly knew what they were doing, they cleaned up the debris, leaving the yard looking beautifully landscaped. On 10/13/2020, our region had a windstorm. The neighboring property to mine is under development and the developers had cleared a large area of significant tress, leaving a stand of six Spruce at the southern edge, next to my property. Deprived of their accustomed wind break, these trees came down. Three in my yard, one crunching my Fig trees and deck railing, one on my roof the top snapped off on impact and fell over to the front side of my house, and one tangling in a large Cedar on my property. All seven trees - the six downed Spruce and my Cedar needed to be removed. Bartlett brought in appropriate equipment, including a bucket, a crane, and a small halftrack and with that, and quite a lot of man power, removed the trees and debris in about two days of work time. I checked for stray cones and twigs, after, and found about half a dozen hiding in my grass. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of pounds of trunks, branches, twigs, cones, and everything, that was all that was missed. I am so grateful to the hardworking staff at Bartlett who got me through an overwhelming experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Conor and Ted were very courteous and careful doing the trimming of two Maple trees. While we enjoy trimming ourselves, these trees had gotten too tall to work on comfortably. The Paperbark Maple was too tall for us to trim safely. We could have continued to trim the front Maple tree but it would have taken us days to accomplish what Conor and Ted could do in four hours.
