I very much appreciate the expertise of the arborist, Chad Clink. It took much longer than I had anticipated to arrange for an assessment due to company busyness. However, the knowledge and care of everyone more than made up for it. We did have to do a call-back on stump grinding, but that was handled quickly. I have already asked for re-contact next spring to plant a new tree and do tree and shrub treatment. This referral was through a landscape designer, Bobbie Schwartz. I had not known of the company, but will be delighted to make referrals.

Arborist Chad Clink was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the health and safety of a Pin Oak well over 100 years old near our home. He made sure we understood the risk assessment results and addressed our request to have the resulting written report revised with supplemental drilling findings.
