Brian Rhoten has been involved in tree care for over 40 years. He has performed every facet of the tree care business in a production role. Starting as a Groundperson in 1984 he found he had a real passion for this business and applied himself to the trade. He became an Arborist Climber, a Crew Leader, and Plant Health Care Specialist over the next 15 years while securing his credentials.
Brian is a Board-Certified Master Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture, and a Licensed Tree Expert with the State of MD Department of Natural Resources. He is also a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional with the Tree Care Industry Association and is licensed with the Maryland Department of Agriculture. Brian became an Arborist Representative in 1998 and Local Office Manager of the Baltimore Office in 2005. He was promoted to Assistant Division Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Division in 2015 and became Vice President and Division Manager in 2022.
Brian enjoys helping our clients manage their landscapes while overseeing safety, sales, and service in operations within Division 15 of Bartlett Tree Experts.
