Brian started his path in arboriculture in 2010 when he became passionate about tree crew safety while working as a tree climber in Lancaster, PA. Moving to California in 2013 he advanced to consulting roles, doing tree inventories and risk assessment in high fire-risk regions. Brian also spent some time aiding forest insect studies in New Zealand before becoming the city arborist in Kalispell, Montana in 2018. In 2020, Brian’s varied experience brought him to Bartlett Tree Experts, initially in Maryland as a Plant Health Care Specialist before transferring to the York office.
Both a Certified Arborist and Certified Tree Risk Assessor with the International Society of Arboriculture, Brian has extensive knowledge about the science of tree care. He helps clients maintain their properties with the latest methods in effective tree care, while maintaining a key focus on safety. He serves the Harrisburg area.
Brian is an avid mountain climber, fly-fisherman, and general outdoor enthusiast.
