Prestigious list showcases the largest firms across the country.

CLEVELAND – Bartlett Tree Experts has been named one of the largest landscape companies in the United States by Lawn & Landscape magazine.

Bartlett Tree Experts ranked eighth on the 2014 Lawn & Landscape Top 100 list, which was published in May and sponsored by Exmark Manufacturing.

“These 100 companies represent some of the best in the entire country, and have achieved a level of growth that a very small percentage of the industry can claim,” said L&L Editor and Associate Publisher Chuck Bowen. “The Top 100 is a very exclusive club, and being named to the list is a real honor. The companies on this year’s list are examples of tremendous dedication and hard work.”

The Lawn & Landscape Top 100 is based on 2013 revenue from landscape profit centers, and is reported by each company listed. Companies on the L&L Top 100 earned total revenue in 2013 of $7,250,525,080. That’s $321,601,552 more than in 2012 – an increase of five percent. Companies on the list reported total employment (seasonal plus year-round employees) of 83,845.
