Joe and the crew members were great. Joe made three or four visits to explain his strategy to me. On the day of the visit he was at my house three times to communicate with the crew and me, and to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Everyone introduced themselves and answered any questions or concerns I had. Obviously well trained, experienced, and well equipped. Did things in a safe manner. Very pleased with the results. The Cherry tree was pruned in a professional and artistic manner. The actual pruning was all done with hand tools, which yielded excellent results.
